Not all staff project managers have a practice or process for curating architect and construction resources. We do. And we do it with as much passion as we bring to our design and management work, because ultimately the finished project is what our clients must accept and live with. And we want them to be ecstatic. 

No two projects are the same, and It would be unreasonable to expect contractors to deliver equally well on projects big and small across a range of construction types. That's why we decide what their strengths are, and which contractors can work best, case by case. It’s matchmaking that leads to happy marriages of design and execution. 

We can only do this by getting to know our partners through experience and by working together. The ones who believe in delivering results the way we do are the ones we recommend time and again. That said, we also continually audition new talent to add to our pool.
