Envision Something Different.

We founded Shorecrest with a passion for both real estate design and construction project management. But it all really started because of the huge gap in the project management process.

For most, the gap is invisible. Companies hire project managers with strong building mechanical training and great detail management skills, to handle complicated renovation jobs. Those are crucial abilities, but they are not the only talents needed for projects to succeed in ways that satisfy expectations of owners, architects and tenants alike.

What I’ve found, and have proven — time and time again — is that the commercial project and development process also benefits greatly from an objective view, a sensitivity to the design, and a willingness to bring all parties together in clear communication.

Every project is different and each party has different priorities as they perform different functions throughout the process. I provide unconflicted advice, educate and advocate for my clients, keeping them 10 steps ahead so their project can be delivered with the best possible results.

I’m fortunate to keep adding new clients who understand these differences. I also continue to expand my large pool of resources to the process to provide options and alight with unique conditions of each. Let’s start a conversation.
